Photo: Lagos police arrest man who killed his co-worker and cut him to pieces pack the body inside bag

The Lagos State Command have arrested one Haruna Abubakar who murdered his friend and co-worker, shredded him to pieces and dumped him in the bush. The suspect and victim are co-workers in a farm in ibeju lekki, where the suspect is a guard and the victim a herdman.
On Saturday December 3rd, the suspect aged 28 years had an altercation with the victim aged 27 years. The altercation resulted to a physical fight and in the process, the suspect hauled down the deceased with a dagger, cut him into pieces, packed him in a sack and dumped him in the bush.

According to an online report, the management of University of Lagos (UNILAG) has introduced a new dress code for the students of the institution. The new dress code is said to have been introduced to curb indecent dressing among the male and female students and a ban has been placed on wearing of any tight clothing, spaghetti tops, tubes, skirts and dresses with slits above the knee among others. According to the notice which was pasted in the school, today, February 7, 2017 lecturers have been empowered to correct erring students. The notice stated that lecturers and administrators are empowered to correct and exclude students from lectures and official business when they are not properly dressed according to the new dress code .
