Davido signs British – Ghanaian singer, Lola Rae, to his record label – Reviewed

David ‘Davido’ Adeleke has announced the signing of Lola Rae to his record label.
According to a post on his Instagram page, the British-Ghanaian singer is the “first lady” of Davido Music Worldwide (DMW).
“Lola Rae, welcome to DMW… 1st lady,” he wrote.

Rae and Davido only just released a Clarence Peters-directed video for their collaborative effort, ‘Biko’.
The singers are currently in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Davido, who’s signed to Sony RCA, recently released a 5-track EP, ‘Son of Mercy’.
Lola Rae joins Dremo, Mayorkun, Danagog and Dammy Krane on the ‘Aiye’ singer’s record label.
Dammy Krane and Danagog were, however, ommitted from the line-up of artistes to accompany Davido on his European tour.
Although Rae is half Ghanaian, half British, she was born in Nigeria.
Real name, Rachel Akosua Funmilola Garton, the singer ‘s debut album ‘Watch My Ting Go’ was released in 2012.
