The video, which has gotten people talking, shows a woman who is probably mentally disturbed, acting in a very bad way in front of passengers in a bus.

The woman was seen as she actually pulled down her p@nts and began to masturbate right there for all the other passengers to see.

The baffling incident reportedly occured in a Philadelphia public bus this past weekend and has sparked some investigation into the matter.

The video showed the unidentified woman as she started touching her private parts in front of horrified passengers who filmed some of it and shared online.

Many of the passengers were shocked beyond words but the woman didn't seem to mind at all.
