'Uncle' R*pes 11-month-old Baby Forcing Her to Bleed Endlessly in Ogun State.He is so heartless..

A little 11-month old baby (name withheld) is currently fighting for her life after being r*ped by her 27-year-old Uncle, identified as Ibrahim, in Ijebu Igbo area of Ogun state.

According to reports, the mother of the litttle child had dropped her off with the Ibrahim who lives next door in a bid to get some food stuffs in the nearby market. While the baby's mother was away, Ibrahim used his fingers to tamper with the child’s sexual organs while she was in a deep slumber before trying to penetrate with his manhood.

“It was at this point that we shouted and that attracted the attention of other neighbours”, and eye witness said.

The pervert uncle has been arrested is currently helping the police with investigations.

According to an online report, the management of University of Lagos (UNILAG) has introduced a new dress code for the students of the institution. The new dress code is said to have been introduced to curb indecent dressing among the male and female students and a ban has been placed on wearing of any tight clothing, spaghetti tops, tubes, skirts and dresses with slits above the knee among others. According to the notice which was pasted in the school, today, February 7, 2017 lecturers have been empowered to correct erring students. The notice stated that lecturers and administrators are empowered to correct and exclude students from lectures and official business when they are not properly dressed according to the new dress code .
