Man Narrates How Korede Bello Rescued Him From Police Oppression… KB To The Rescue!


Nigerian singer, Korede Bello put to good use, his role as a Nigerian Police ambassador, last night when he reportedly saved a man from possible Police brutality case.





Instagram user, iamdc101, was effusive in his praise of the ‘Godwin’ crooner as he narrated his encounter with the plain clothed Policemen.

He wrote, “I say a very big thank you to @koredebello you are truly worth being a Nigeria Police Ambassador, God bless you for coming to my rescue last from 9:30pm to 1:30am. I was driving along 7up road last night when some police men accosted me with an unknown Hilux Van without putting on police uniform, looking like kidnappers/notorious harmed robbers and immediately ordered me out of the car with Ak47 Riffle in their hands and asked me to follow them, which I refused and then we engaged into an argument then I saw passer by came out of the and to my surprise it was @koredebello who stood by me till the end even though they messed me up drastically without no reasons but all thanks to God and thank you one more time to @koredebello #saynotooppression police is not your friend but @koredebello BIG ups”

The singer became the first Police ambassador in December 2015.

According to an online report, the management of University of Lagos (UNILAG) has introduced a new dress code for the students of the institution. The new dress code is said to have been introduced to curb indecent dressing among the male and female students and a ban has been placed on wearing of any tight clothing, spaghetti tops, tubes, skirts and dresses with slits above the knee among others. According to the notice which was pasted in the school, today, February 7, 2017 lecturers have been empowered to correct erring students.
